The working terms behind every project Signature Concrete Designs delivers.
Estimates
Estimates are free and based on the conditions visible at the time of inspection. Hidden structural issues, drainage problems or subgrade failures discovered during prep may change scope and price; we will discuss any change with you before proceeding.
Scheduling and weather
Decorative concrete depends on temperature, humidity and rainfall. We may reschedule work to protect the finish, and we will keep you informed when weather moves a start date.
Site access and preparation
Clear access to the work area, water and power are required. Please move vehicles, furniture and fragile items before crews arrive.
Curing and use
Newly finished surfaces need time before foot and vehicle traffic. Following the cure and maintenance instructions we provide is a condition of any workmanship coverage.
Workmanship
We stand behind our installation. Concrete is a natural material — hairline shrinkage cracks, color variation and mottling are inherent characteristics, not defects.
